Dear Sir,

Myself Dillip Kumar Sahoo, an employee of Hindustan Unilever Limited from 2 years. I have my permanent residence at Cuttack. I had applied for personal loan amount of Rs 200000 (Rupees two lakhs) at ur cuttack branch on 25th November. I had also produced all the necessary documents which are require by ur bank. There are two times field verification had been done by ur bank personnel in my residence. But I came to know from ur bank persons that my FI verification is negative, because they found that I am not staying at cuttack and they told that my uncle had told them. When I enquire, I am really surprise that nobody had talk with my uncle regarding this matter. I am also surprise that how the verification report is negative without any verification. Also ur bank team told me that when they enquire in the second time the report is positive. I am completely puzzled, if the second time verification is positive, without any verification in the first time report is negative.

Kindly suggest me is it possible for a bank to harassed any customer by giving any false report? Kindly request you to look into matter seriously and reply me solutions as soon as possible.
