Non Functioning of P & T Lines

Dear Sir,

We at Hi-Tech Carbon[Aditya Birla Group], Renukoot has following P & T Connections 252387-91 & 255021-23

Since Morning of the day all these lines are not working & because of which

our business has come to standstill.

We already lodged a complaint to the Local Office of SDO[Phone] but yet

the functioning of these lines has not been restored.

Request you to instruct the competent authority to get the problem rectified urgently so that the business can run smoothly.
