Consequence to the complaints lodged on non-functioning of Carbon supplied with the battery kit of Pureit water filter HLL make, carbon was replaced with new one. It is regrettedt to note that the new one is also not functioning. Water is not flowing through the carbon even after cleaning twice a day, which is quite against the commitment of the Firm/Supplier.
Request an immediate replacement of carbon of good/original quality. Drinking water problem become concern.
Further, it is noticed that the problem started from the last 3-4 months. Previously the battery kit supplied was funictionong well. It is assumed that the problem is with carbon. HLL is required to concentrate in the area of manufacturing of carbon immediately as this will affect the health of thousands of people including children who are suing this water filter.
