Loss of shares through demate

Dear sir;

I am holding 100 shares of Tamilnadu petro certificate no.65524 Regd.folio # 00355139

desting nos.25777211 to 25777310 and sent for demate through state bank of india

Ahmedabad vide DRN no 25883 dt. Apr 12.but it is rejected on may 09 due to shares not received with the said DRN.

The same information sent to compay by SBI A'bad vide letter no. Demat/DO/PDRN/4/251

dt.24 jan.and during 2009 Bank has sent New Dp form and stamp paper duly filled required details.on 19 mar;2009 DP form no. DRN # 0071481 dt.19 mar, 09

But uptill now no action taken by company or SBI Mumbai
