Iam Exciting Home Loan Custmer from icici bank Last five years, Bank provide the facility to custmer for redusing rate of interest but till today iam not received any letter for this purpose

I depositing Emi amount monthly in my home loan account but bank debited in my account every month returning charges i do not like that bank emi of home loan debited in my saving account. Iam pay every month cash in my loan account

So Please remove all charges from my home Loan account
