Taking too much more interest i

SIR/MADAM,

This is in reference to my loan against property account on. 13598726. As we all know according to the policy of RBI, the interest rate has reduced long back ago but the bank didn't decrease my interest rates. I would therefore request the authorities to look into this matter and accordingly calculate the tenure and inform. Also i would request the authorities if they can increase the tenure if the interest increases they should also decrease the tenure if the interest rates are decreased.
