In agreement made it is mentioned for fixed rate for 3 years at base rate 8.25%

Sir,

Last year in April my loan of 39.48 lakhs was sanctioned and accordingly agreement was made with fixed base rate 8.25% etc but it is found that it is increasing at regular intervals.

For 1st year the EMI was 50, 250 and from this monthit is 51, 770 etc with change of rate of interest in between the year also.

Kindly look into the matter. Hoping for an early action.
