POOR DEALER SERVICE

I paid Rs.1000/= as advance for booking Hondia Activa Purple Colour Deluxe Model from Patil Honda from Bijapur, Karnataka but, with my continuous follow up with them they have given me delivery on 25-01 and informed that Deluxe Model stock is not available. They have informed me Rs.46894/= (i.e. 41000 ex price 1130 Insurance 3465 Accessories 649 Extra Warranty 650 Temp. Regn.). As I am staying about 100 Kms away from dealor, many times I asked them to send Rs.3465/= Invoice for fixing accessories but till date they have not sent the details. Very poor response in telephone calls. They have charged more and exhorbitant price and becasue of that they are avoiding to send the invoice. Inform dealor to reimburse the excess charges to me immediately. I am not at all happy about the dealor response. I am regretting for my mistake chosen for buying Honda Activa. I would have purchased any other brand which are available with very good services.
