I am a patner of deep holiday tour and travells. holding power attoreny for my firm also. i amd my brother (both patners) visited hdfc bank on 1 may. and we both patners signed all the legal documents in front of hdfc staff who is concern in opening of current accounts in amballa cannt branch . during this meeting i met Sanjeev sharma (area acquistion head) who assist me for same and ABM Sanjeev Bhudiraja who visited my office for same and assured for opening my account in few days. but Till 15th May there was no response and i met Branch Manager Rajiv Bansal for same and he answer me by evening u will get ur account will opened . and in evening i get reasponse from ur manager that hdfc can not opened my account. they returned me my documents on 17 May. Why?? // is this u call Customer care... no matter Icici opened my account on same day with instant cheque book... AND this is a just a feed back for MR RAJIV BANSAL... BM Amballa Cannt, Nicholson road. i i have aa the documents duely signed by him with his manager chop of verification.
