Dear siir, w.r.t theloan acnt 710400001213 ecs deduction started in nov n continued till fe2012.since march deduction couldnt take plce. There is no meessage from lichfl. On our own whhen chckd the bank stTement found the problem n approched office n paid by cheque. Very poor communication.swhen approached office took fresh ecs mandate nsubmitted on 31st march. In the april same thing rrepeated. When contacted lichfl n sbi hal campus both r helpless. What a coordination between psu giants at the cost of customer inconvenience. Lichfl insists either cheqs r salary deduction. Advanced stage.
