Not depositing the cheque

I have tried to contact Canara bank, Trinity circle, Housing loan Hub branch, Bangalore through the contact nos. 25599559, 25599559, 25320311 and 25320312 to lodge a complaint on not presenting the predated cheques for collection in time resulting in extra interest burden.. It took about half an hour to get the contact of relevant official. No body was cared to attend the phone for about half an hour.

It was a sorry state of affair in this era of fast communication.

Please ensure that the customer call is attended in time without allowing the phone ringing till it gets disconnected.
