SBI Fraud - Deducted money from debit account and very very irresponsible behaviou

Hi,

I am Neha Dixit. I hold a SBI account 00000030091687184 (Branch: Electronic city, Bangalore). In Nov I swiped my SBI debit card in People mall (Bangalore) for 3196/- and the transaction was rejected. The card was swiped by the retailer again and it worked. later on I figured out that the amount was debited from my account twice. I got the failed transaction logs from the retailer, a approved application from People store manager acknowledging the same and reported the issue to SBI manager, Electronic city, bangalore. After a month's follow-up, SBI electronic city manager asked me to send all the appliactions etc. to Mumbai SBI head office. I did the same but no result. THE SBI MANAGEMENT IS VERY VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND NO BODY WANT'S TO WORK IN OFFICE. The SBI Electronic city managertold me there are thousands of similar cases and that my turn will come once the previous cases are acknowledged. Is one and a half years not sufficient time to atleast acknowledge the issue. I have LOST all hopes that this issue will be ever resolved. My experience with SBI was worst and I would never recommend any one think of having an account in SBI, India.
