HPIN
HPIN for folio 7143870/55

I have yet to receive HPIN for folio no.7143870/55 in order to operate my account. I am given to understand through Blue Dart courier services this was despatched on 21.12.10 by waybill no 42623147781 but was not received by me and Blue Dart without contacting me despatched it back to Chennai on 25.12.10 by waybill no.43687782681 which was received by ANITHA.

I am referring to the above by an e-mail sent to me stating the above. This has caused me much distress as I am do no know the status of my account.

Please look into this matter urgently and endeavour to mail me the required HPIN.
