With great anticipation and frustration I write this mail, complaining about the service process of investor services of india ltd and Sucheta in particular who has been either ignoring my mails or taking action which was not adviced by me. kindly refer the mail history below and direct me to a sincere responsible respresentative who can help me resolve the issue.

I'm extremely dissapointed with your mail and response. Either you don't understand or you intentionaly are trying to annoy me. Right from the very start of our conversation, I've been asking you to credit the funds "TO MY ACCOUNT" and now you're telling me that a courier has been sent on 29th October?
I dont reside in India, so who will receive the courier, will you send another courier and how many couriers will you send? when I told you that my mother received the funds in her account, you said that "ECS details give by her, hence redemption amt. Rs.10580.00 credited through ECS". When I asked you what is ECS, you simply decided not to respond.
After sending my 3rd reminder to you (refer below), you very conviniently decided to respond on my 1st reminder, to save yourself.
Sucheta, what you've done is extremely unprofessional and I would like to talk to a responsible senior manager. Either you credit the redemption funds to my account (details given in 3rd reminder and a cancelled cheque has been attached) or give me the contact details of your line manager.
At this point in time, I'm extremelly dissatisfied with your services, and expect some responsibility towards your customer from your side. Please explain the situation to your manager and ask him to respond as to why inspite of my instructions, you took the liberty of neglecting my request and sending a courier to me.

Thankyou for your prompt reply. I would like you to credit the redemption funds to my account number mentioned in my mail sent to you.
Kindly note that the old account number as well as the new account number is the same, the changes have been made by the bank, so if the credit goes to the old account number (as mentioned in your records) or the new account number, the credit will go under the name of Jai Kumar Aidasani.
Nevertheless, i'm typing my account details again. If you face problems crediting the funds to the new account number i.e. you require the holder's signature etc, then you may credit the funds to the account number mentioned in your records, i.e. 01190030169.
Kindly clarify what is ECS, and what details were given by Deepa Aidasani, so that I can furnish the same details to you, and get the issue resolved.
