I have taken a personal load on 11/11 for the period of 5 years. my account number is 041-909961-024 and the document number 750407 and I have pre - closed my account of 8/3. I have faced a following problems with HSBC bank, Bangalore India.
1. I have applied for the pre-closure of my account, but I haven't got any letter for the pre-closure letter. I have paid additional amount for their mistake. From the date of information for pre-closure they charges changes on date to day bases.
2. They have taken one EMI after my pre-closure from my account. And after inquiry they said they will return so I have given a clear instruction to send it home but, they have replied to my old office by the time I shifted my office. After trying and communication for long time I just got tired of calling and following these guys.
Then I decided why should I leave the money they have taken for no reason, Just recently I have send the mail to get back the my EMI, they asked to submit indemnity bond and request letter.
a. Initially they asked to indemnity bond for Rs.100 and later for Rs.200.
On Oct 12th (token number RP 041) I have submitted all these, indemnity bond (Rs. 212 for paper and for notary Rs. 100/-) and request letter to Branch on MG Road, Bangalore and they promised they send the DD within 7 days. For these work, I have taken 1 days off, from my work my one day salary of Rs. 1350 plus for the transport charges to make the bond and the stress.
I followed by few email to [email protected] on 20th Oct, and again [email protected] on 28th OCT still there is no reply.
After fulfilling all their needs the result is zero.
These HSBC bank never keep they commitment.
