Your HSBC has issued me a credit card. No.: 4384599980402225 in dec

I havent received the card till nowbut getting the bills regularly.

Please look into my issue ASAP.

else I will be mandated to go to legal proceedings. I made complaints and also mailed to the nodal officer

but all in vain. I want the settlement ASAP.
