HSBC deducted 3200 rs of mine from my NRE account with out any intimation and communication to me. They changed my NRE account to NRE advance account with any intimation. They did not accept their mistake when I enquired about the same through my Relationship manager at the bank.
They could not provide me any proof of the communication (like courier letter, ph. call or email id), which as per them was done well in time.
