Dear Sir,

I have a saving account in state bank of Saurashtra, Bapungar branch with the name of Mahendra Bhaskarbhai Devre. I have a savings bank account (minimum balance 500 at the time of account opening) and on 01/12 my balance was 590/-.

My account was opened as a salary account. I had switched to other company. So I need to open a salary account in SBI. There is no salary credited in state bank of Saurashtra account.

On January 18 when I checked my account position, its showing a debit of Rs. 590/- from my account without my knowledge. I did not withdraw cash through slip. When I met the bank person, he told me that amount debited for new cheque book charges from your account.

For your knowledge I have note applied for cheque book. And I will not received cheque book till now.

Kindly do the needful for crediting of Rs. 590/- back into my account at the earliest...

Please do some thing in this matter.
