I received a call from representative of IBL CLUB LEISURE NAVI MUMBAI (Phone no 011-45738585) and said that I am a previlaged customer of ICICI Bank credit card and as a promotion in colobration with ICICI Credit card am being offered a 'FREE GIFT PACKAGE OF DISCOUNT HOLIDAY & SHOPPING COUPONS'.
They gave me lot many personal details like my address, mobile no etc.. which led me to believe that they had some colobration with the credit card company.
Almost 3 times I had asked them for confirmation of payment and they had told me its totally free. However I did received the kit along with a bill of Rs. 5509 from the club. Few days later when I recieved my credit card bill it showed two transactions on name of IBL CLUB LEISURE on 05/04 & 11/04 resp. Thus I have been cheated two times by the company. Lot many times I have tried to contact their cust care no. but it always shows on hold. Now my credit card company is demanding the amount from me. Please do guide me to recover the money.
