IBPS registration

My self sonal singh, i registered to IBPS on 31 Aug, i got registration no. but without password, also i paid the fees online, which is deducted from my Bank account.

But when i try to open my application it is saying that either my registration no. or DOB is wrong.

If my information was wrong so why they deducted the amount from my bank account.

Pls manage to resolve the issue asap.
