I take my complaint back... check ur emails... the site is now working fine... Goto forgot password link, enter ur registration id n date of birth... then an email wil b sent 2 u in ur email id. It wil provide u ur password... then u can print application form with filled details n if photo or signture not visible then edit n reload picture... Take care:)
