Debited the money with no tickets

I booked a ticket on 12th october night around 11 pm and the site - Make my trip debited the money -Rs.40, 766 from my account and then their site told my session has expired. They did not give me any e-tickets, no booking id, no confirmation.

The flight i booked was an international site from new delhi to san jose on saturday 15th october at 4:30 am.

They blocked my money till now and I have called customer care, online chat, emails and nothing is of use. They wont even tell that the booking is done or not. They keep telling only 1 thing, if the booking is not done you will get the refund but do they even realise that its an international flight for this saturday and their refund will anyways reach me in 4-5 working days. Moreover should i just keep waiting till the last minute for their update and then go back and book the ticket?

if its a problem with their site they should fix it or better shut down the site rather than withdrawing money from customer's account and not even providing any confirmation after more than 12 hours of the booking. This is not a train reservation, this is a flight booking, they should send the tickets right away and the worst part is how many times you follow up you are at the same point.

Now, i cant book new tickets as I dontknow if my ticket is already booked. I dont have my money in my account and these people are just wasting my time. If they realise time is money for people they will run a better business.

Hi I booked the tickets for the transaction for [email protected] and your

site crashed right after debiting my money and did not give me any booking

id or e-tickets.

I need this to be escalated to the management right now.

This is an international flight from new delhi to san jose on saturday 15th

october at 4:30 am via emirates and this is not acceptable that you guys

come back and tell me that the booking is not done and block my money so

that the price for other flights shoot up and i miss out on booking the

tickets.

I will take this up in consumer court as i have been chatting with your chat

support for past 2 hours for no good and they were of least help. They only

keep telling wait for 24 hours.

Time is money for people and you guys dont understand this. This is such a

horrible experience. I will make sure I share my experience on all social

sites and my organisation so that no more people suffer like me.
