QAB charges deducted

Respected Sir/Madam,

Complaint against ICICI BANK which is also listed on your site. Without information this bank have debited on 24/01 QAB Charges, Dec 10 Serv Tax77 DR INR 827.00.

I have my salary account no.000401441685 with ICICI bank, sanjay palace, agra which is being mantained satisfactorily and still the balance is above the limit.

I am surprised how could they debit without information to customer.

Can you please rectify this case and able to inform how can I get this MONEY BACK.
