Non-supply of a/c statement

I am an account holder of ICICI Bank since 2002. Recently as there was some verification required to be done by IDBI Bank where I have applied for a Housing Loan, I requested ICICI BANK (on their website) to provide me an e-statement on my mail ID (same as I have given here) registered with them. On the same mail ID I receive my credit card statements (ICICI card) and also my saving bank account statements from time to time. But since the period for which the statement was required pertained to 01-04-07 to 31-03-09 I made this special request.

I was assigned a No. vide SR136787468. All this about 15 days back. I was also advised to put up a voice call on their local call centre to get my Mail ID and DOB verified, which I dutifully did, but instead of providing me the statement they are making me move in circles. Just I am attaching herewith the entire mail trail for better appreciation.

These guys are a bunch of bluff-masters and bull-shitters. Possibly because they have good rapport with powers that be in Finance Ministry and Reserve Bank they get away with their bloody actions. Fed up with their attitude and several such issues, I was compelled to shift my salary account operation to Standard Chartered bank. ICICI Bank in my opinion is worse than any other bank or financial institution in our country.

Dear Mr. Gurjit Chabda,

What do I make out of this. Your 4 hours is still not over???!!!

Why are your people shying from providing me the statement of my a/c?

If it was not your intention to oblige to my request, why at all your people were bull-shitting by verifying my date of birth, contact mail ID etc.

I do not have any good words left in my vocabulary for the most dismal rate of service of your institution. Moreover, it is still very strange to see that nobody is bothering to call even to tell what the real problem is. After sending a mail which is more like a system fired e-mail, you guys think your duty to customer is over.

Can you oblige to a last request - can you please contact me over phone (91 9898991032) and provide me the mail ID of your CEO, I wish to convey her what I think of the organisation she heads.

I don't want a bloody bull-shitting mail that my request will be processed within 4 hours, I want definite results. Earlier I was thinking of not resorting to legal recourse, but now I have made up my mind and your bull-shitting ways have strengthened my resolve to fight it out to finish in every available forum.
