POOR SERVICE AND ERRORFULL INTERNET TRANSACTION SYSTEM

I was trying to book my GSRTC ticket (Rs.264.00) on 16 January through ICICI internet banking. The transaction was approved and amount has been deducted from account but ticket was not booked. Hence, immediately I called in customer care ICICI, one fellow told me to wait for 48 hrs, I waited but no progress. Further I called to customer care, another fellow told me wail for 5 days, I waited aging but still there was no any progress. I again called to customer care, this time one fellow registered my complain and that date was 24-01 and told me to wait. I do. Then I tired and approach the ICICI bank, but there was just words of condolence I received, neither progressive nor satisfactory reply till date I have received. My account number is 008501008043 with name SUDHIR A MEHTA. Please do needful.
