Your records show that I am joint owner of an auto loan for 200, 000.00 that was, as per your records opended on 18.03.2005. This information is correct.

Unfortunately, your records with regard to this loan have not been updated ;since 30.11.2007.

This loan was repaid in full in February and ICICI Bank has also issued a NOC dated 21 February.

I request you to kindly update your records so that this loan shows as closed.
