CHEQUE NOT DEPOSITED BY BANK AND PUT ME IN CIBIL

Dear Sir,

we have taken housing loan from icici bank, bangalore vide application no

LBBNG 00001702966 DT 26.12. and issue 36 cheque of EMI, in the above

cheque the first EMI cheque has not be presented by bank, And they had put me in CIBIL as defaulter.

Now they had send a letter that we had lost the cheque, i just want to asked the banker that how they can put me in CIBIL keeping cheque with them or even cheque lost by them.

I want help in this matter.
