Careless Executive

Hi HDFC,

I have been going through the worst experience of my life dealing with your bank.

I have applied for a credit card in your bank. And it was told that i will be getting

the card within 8 working days. but its more than fifteen days now and I have

not recieved any card. I want to complian regarding that executive, who is so

carelees about her work.

She called me ten times in day when I was not intersted in making the card to

convience and cried on phone as an emotinal blackmail to me . and when I agreed

to make the card she is not even bothered to pick up my call and giving her mobile

to relatives saying she is not available.

I dont want any card from your bank if its not delivered tommorow by 15 march

2011. after that I am not going to accept that card.
