Hi,
ICICI bank provides the worst services to the users. From past six months I am facing problem with Mobile banking. There are unable to update my new number for Mobile banking, the worst part is they asked to walk in to different branches for 5 times. Though they took six months, still they are unable to rectify my problem. I gave N number of complaints to ICICI customer care, no help from them too. Thinking to withdraw my account from the waste service provider ICICI bank.
