ICICI Collections teams mis-management

Dear Concerned,

I had availed a credit card from ICICI bank and had settled the dues vide settlement letter no RefCODE/ICSO1BNG/0510798/6-583 for 15k and the validity was till 7th May I had paid the settlement amount of 15k on 6th May in your ICICI Rajajinagar Branch through cash, I do have the cash paid voucher for the same,

even after settling the account, your collection agencies are threaten me, they are calling my parents and revealing the info as well,

Prior to this i was given a settlement of Rs.40000 in four shots and the same was paid to the collection FE (GRA agency), but he has given me only 27k receipt and was not to be seen thereafter, i had lost 13k on that as well, after a prolonged discussion your team members have again convinced me to pay 15k as final settlement, even after my bad past experience i had paid 15k but this time i had paid it to the bank directly

I hope I am badly deceived and my credit ratings has gone for a toss only because of ICICI Collections teams mis-management,

I have Requested For Closer of my credit card account, But still Collection Executives have been calling me and asking to pay the Amount
