Dear sir/Madam,

I, viveka nand sah A/C 3702000100752128 @ punjab national bank branch sector 18-Noida, UP.

I used ATM card at ICICI ATM at Bhagalpur whose TXN # 9173 at dated 28-10, Time 14:55, ATM

ID S1AN2318 whose transaction declined & balance deducted from above A/C NO..is RS.20000.00.

I complained at PNB bank branch, sector18-Noida dated 31-3 & bank also mailed regarding transaction declined to ICICI at head office. And I also attached remainder to bank & bank also sent mail deted 11 june. But, still, today 24-04 i havenot found positiveness regarding my complaint.
