Non payment of return and invested money

As promised by Mr Zamil Ahmed an Agent of Accresentway marketing (AWM), Gwahati, i invested more than 2 lakhs in the name of my relatives. He promised that, money will be increased in double in every month. Till now no monthly return (cheque) is given to me. When I try to contact through phone No. 09954096391 some time some person pick up the phone and says "Sir/MD is not here'''''". Generally the phone is never pick up. What steps are to be taken so that i can get back my money.
