On date 2/01 i have visited ICICI bank ATM Bhikaji cama place for cash withdrawal Rs 5000/ but physically i received Rs 4900/(500*9 =4500 and 100*4=400) and mini ststement shows debit Rs 5000/ at the same time i called ICICI customer care no 011-4171800 for logged complain (complain no 208283520) & many times tri for email but some error of ICICI website complain dont logged in written after 7 days i called for ICICI customer care for check our ststus but person says i could not help because your transaction are completed. I says my A/C 025301509289 are 6.5 years old but i phased this tipe of problem 1st time. So i request you to pls solve my complain (credit my Rs100/.) as early as possible.
