Dear Sir,

My a/c no. is 031901504835 with ICICI Bank Gorakhpur (Main Branch) and currently I am at Ahmedabad (Gujarat) since 6 month.

There has been 2 cheques send by EPF office Mumbai to ICICI Bank Gorakhpur for deposition in my a/c.

The detail of these cheques are as follows:

1) Cheque No: 938890&--Amt: Rs.32346/&dated: 29/10

2) Cheque No: 423349&--Amt: Rs. 16554/&-dated: 29/10

Both the cheques are drawn on SBI, Mumbai, and send by EPF, Bandra (Mumbai) on 18-11, against P.F.A/c No. MH/42726/2760.

It is still not reflecting in my A/c. I am trying to query about the same since 15 days but no one is able to tell me whether ICICI bank Gorakhpur have received theses cheques or not.

I am very upset that the phone no. of ICICI bank Gorakhpur, which has been provided by customer care i.e. 0551-2332262/61/64 is idle and no one is picking the same. Please let me know how can I communicate to the bank regarding this query.

Kindly help me know, whether the said cheques has been received by the bank or not.
