Lien in my saving Account

I have saving account no. 008701523608 with ICICI Bank, Janak Puri Branch. Bank has put lien in my account by saying that there is some due balance in my credit card. I would like to inform you that I have not purchase any thing in the card. This I have already written on 30-11-09 to the bank and asked for the details of purchase. The bank had replies that they will provide me the detail on 5/12 but no detail received. Further I have sent 3 reminders on 5, 6 & 7th December on that I have received a reply from bank that they will provide me the detail on 18th December. I do not understand why the bank is behaving like this. They have blocked by account with a sum of Rs. 5950/- without any reason. You are requested to please look into the matter.
