Saving Account Freeze

Dear Sir,

I have a Saving Account No. 630301511348 with your bank.

I have taken a Personal Loan (A/c No. LPDEL 00008908607) with your Loan Branch.

I have taken this amount for period of 36 month. I have paid 24 installment without break.. But, due to recession in Jan. I was not able to pay this amount due to termination from the job. I have requested many times to yours recovery agents to please settle this account. But, negotiations get failed every time.

On 24-11, I have taken Rs. 10, 000/- from my friends Mr. Mahesh Sharma to fulfil my home daily expenses and for wife illness. But, this amount had been adjusted by showing a negative balance in my account.

I request to you please release this account without attaching to my loan account.

I have requested to my bank branch Sector-21C, Faridabad Managers. They have told me that my account have showing a lien.

But, how can you attach my Saving Account with this loan account without giving prior intimation to me.

Please do the needful urgently.
