Hi,

I had the ICICI 2 credit card a year before and use to pay the monthly payment or atleast minimum due amt every month it was all working fine till 8 months from when i take the card. But suddenly i face the problem like when i pay the cheque they decline that they had not received the cheques.and charge me the late payment fee. I called call center and waste several hours to get the charges reverse.this i face continued 5 month. Every month they say they dosnt got the cheque and after complaint they say they got cheque once the due date pass. Or they say the signature was miss match please issue another cheque. When i complaint on mails even i not got solution from them. So i stop paying them. After Some months there people start to come at my home and troubling to my family. I given my mobile number and office add and ask them to come at my office or call me on my cell. But they go to my home and trouble to my family.they make so irate so i said i will not pay u single money and putted mail in there web site but no response. I start getting call for stelment but refuse bcz i want the solution for my inconvience.afterwards this case gone in court and i settle the A/C in 15k in the installment for 3 monts. And they clearly said i will get settlement paper but i had follow up to the concern person mr mohit for 2 months and not paid the 2nd instalment. i keep on calling to this gay but he always said i will call u and in 5 to 10 days u will recived the paper.3 months pass and there gundas came to my house and souhting like anything they are not ready to listen also created a big mess at my society. please help me and take a strong action on this Bank
