Mismanagement of mailing papers of life-insurance prudential and irresponsibility of staff in bank

Respected sir,

I am a member of your bank and have applied for ICICI prudential life insurance policy on 30/12. My policy no is 12843309, UIN*105 LO83V01 . I had informed the member of Nasik Road branch to mail the documents by post to my local address and not by courier service. They confirmed with me that they will do the same. On inquiry they later informed me that the documents were couriered and as not received from bank have been sent back to Delhi office. Inspite of requesting such negligance on part of the staff is causing lot of problem to me. The bank manager's phone is also not reachable.

The service provided by the bank is very poor and i am appalled by the negligance if the staff to customer request.its been a month i have not received any feedback from the bank. If the bank continues with such customer service they would loose multiple of their customers goodwill.

I would appreciate a prompt probe in this matter and early reply.
