A/c opening delay

this complain is regarding delay in opening of a/c.it has been 5 days till now and my a/c is still not been activated.

i want to draw your attention to the irresponsibility of the company towards the opening of a/c.

so i hope that you'll pay attention towards my complain and help me resolving my problem.
