Amount Rs.61911.00 debited without my permission from my saving account

Dear Sir,

Complaint: Without my permission ICICI bank has debited my PF amount i.e. Rs.61911.00 from my saving account. and bank stated that the amount was not credited in my account, in this regards internet printout of my updated bank statement in which credit / debit activity is highlighted is attaching in the below "Attach photos field for your review and investigation.

I will be highly oblige if you will help me to get refund my said amount with intrest.

As per your below mail, it has proved that the bank is playing / cheating with the customer, you stated in your below mail that "PF cheque was not credited into your savings account", now pl. find attached file of my bank account in which it is highlighted that the amount has credited into my account and on the same day it has debited without my permission.

Another PF cheque (amount Rs.6630.00) also credited on the same day, it was not debited why?

Hence dear banker, Please pay my this amount Rs.61911.00 with intrest. and Response immediately.

With reference to below mail, This is not satisfactory response of my query, Please justify without my permission how bank has debited my PF amount Rs.61, 911.00 once it is credited in my account.

This entire activity clearly shows that the bank is just playing with customer.

Ultimately bank should pay the same amount with interest to me or case should be discussed in consumer court / forum.

Also another cheque of my PF amount issued from same bank and it was credited in my account on the same day, it was not debited / No returned why???

This is to inform you that i am the consistant customer of ICICI bank from abount 12years back.

Please Response & resolve the issue immediately (hope the meaning of immediately is well known by ICICI bank).

Further to our telephonic conversation Cheque number 951574 was rejected for reason 'refer to drawer' on December 14. Hence the same is debited from your account.

We would like to inform you that the deposited cheque has been credited and debited back from your account to show that the cheque has been presented for clearance by ICICI Bank account and returned unpaid.

Dear Sir,

With reference to following mail, pl. explain how the amount was debited from my account without my permission, once the amount has been credited, is it not the moral duty of bank that the matter should be discussed with party, then after only any such transaction should be done after consultation and confirmation with the party.

If my PF amount will not release at the earliest, then the ICICI bank will equally responsible to pay the same amount i.e. Rs.61, 911.00 with interest.

The matter can be discussed at consumer forum also.

Also share the reason why it has been returned after debiting.

This seems the customer is not safe with the bank also since they are doing like (operating by bank only) this case with out permission of acount holder.

Pl. give the justification on the same.
