We received call on 6.7.2010 at our home by a lady namely Mansi Patil of ICICI . She was abusive on phone. She did not spare even a nine year boy. The boy was shocked to hear such abusive language. We have lodged police complaint. same day. Results are awaited.

It is realy disgusting that ICICI is using such kind of methods to harrass customer. Our card was swiped by using fake card. It was reported to ICICI. They initially credited the swiped amount & then again debited the same. Matter was being attended by my brother. He attended their office whenever they called. Amount was also not a big amount. it was a dispute of about Rs. 11000/-. we are respectful & law abiding citizen of this country. do we deserve such kind of treat ment from a bank of such a repute. WILL ANYONE TAKE COGNIGENCE OF MATTER AND ASK THE LADY TO SAY SORRY TO LITTLE CHILD.
