This is Neeraj kumar. I fill the form of issue of user id and password at punjab national bank Shiv Puri branch Ludhiana. They said to me you can carry your user id and password after one week. Now after one MONTH they did not provide me my user id and password i goes after two or three days they give excuse me like our employees are on leave, main branch did not forword your user id and password and come next week etc, they harassh me i want my user id and password as early as possible. so please help me. my contact number is 9888191881
