Deduction of personal loan emi, which does not belong to me

Dear Sir,

For your kind information, amount Rs 1078 has been deducted against loan ac. no. lpdel00013945790, on 28/06 (transaction no. sb3234332).

Above mentioned loan (ac. no. lpdel00013945790) does not belong to me.

Regarding this, I have registered complaint to your branch - loan division, sector - 23, gurgaon on 08/07.

Till date no action has been taken from your side.

Please look into the matter urgently, as i feel unsafe to have money in my account with your bank.

Above incident is causing me great inconvenience and stress.
