ICICI Bank
UNJUSTFIED BANK CHARGES

I have an NRE account with ICICI bank. I stay abroad. I had requested for a cheque book to be delivered at my abroad address. Bank charged me Rs. 441/- for courier charges. It seems bank will now charge for all deiverables abroad. It seems now NRE customers need to reside in India. Banks have found good way to reduce their costs. The amount of charge is not an issue. But why for delivery of cheque book customer has to shell out.
