Netbanking - NEFT Problem

Dear Sir

I had transfered Rs 40000/- through netbanking from my ICICI bank Account 001401517961 to BOB account No 4990100006728 on 11 August. But the money hasn't transfered to the beneficiary. I have been keep on talking to the ICICI customer care as well as the bank manager. THERE IS NO RESPONSE.

The BOB people has checked their bank suspense account, they declared there was no money credited.

Its very long pending, i want your personal intervention to clear the issue.
