Threatening Calls from ICICI Bank

An Issue from ICICI Bank, Ambattur Branch.

I have not taken any kind of Loan from any Branches of ICICI Bank in the WORLD, till date. I also don't have any Credit Card / Debit Card of ICICI Bank. A person named, one Mr. Raj Kumar representing himself as an ICICI employee from Ambattur Branch, Chennai, making threatening calls four-five times from the Telephone No: 044-43532713 that I have taken two Lacs Loan from ICICI Bank. Actually, I am non-resident employee and I don’t have any account in ICICI Bank. In fact, my Salary Account opened by TTK LIG Limited in ICICI Bank also closed.

I don’t know how that person Mr. Raj Kumar got information as to My Name, Address, My Previous Company, Company position details and all. When I enquired about, on what document/title basis the ICICI provided the loan, he is telling he is searching for the document. Again after my calls, that person is telling sorry! Number wrongly made! I request ICICI Bank should make enquiries about this matter.

Whether ICICI Bank is disclosing the personal information of customers, especially ex-customers? Whether the named person is working for ICICI Bank? ICICI Bank should take disciplinary action against this kind of person, because:

1) What happened to me should not happen to others.

2) Is somebody spoiling the image and reputation of ICICI Bank by doing this.

PLEASE TAKE UP THIS COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY AND SEE THAT NECSSARY ACTION IS TAKEN
