DEDUCTION OF PRIVELEGE QA

Dear Sir,

I had opened a students account in ICICI bank bhowanipore branch, numbered 627501504150. As per student account norms no QA is to be maintained. However an amount of 552 was deducted from my account on 23.07.10 and 827 on 11.11.10. No intimation has been given to me regarding any upgradation of my account. Kindly clarify on the matte
