ICICI Bank
Cheque not cleared

Hi,

I have applied for PF Withdrawal. PF office has sent 2 cheques to ICICI Bank.

By mistake, cheque has come with some name which is different compared to bank records.

One cheque with amt 19K was cleared while the other cheque with 1.3L was returned back saying that name mismatch. Is this correct to accept 1 cheque and reject another cheque.

Please suggest.
