Misleading Corporate Customers for discounting bills against LC

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I hold a new current account No. 008305500763 opened in Dec Current Account in ICICI Bank faridabad Branch.

I have just started business 6 months back, I got once LC 90 days sight opened in ICICI bank branch from Central Bank of India 35 lacs. As per ICICI rules - and told my manager that once Acceptance is recieved - we will discount the same after deducting interest.

Now when all acceptances have come from Central bank of India, they have completely blocked my 35 lacs and telling me that you are new client and we can't discount it to you.

Today I am on the verge of closing down my business due to such irrosnsible response from such a big bank.

I request esteemed higher ups of ICICI bank - to kinldy look into below - as I am ready to give even higher intersts - to susutain my business.
