In the first place my account is debited twice towards payment of Insurance premium and ICICI Prulife has received credit only once. Hereunder the debits for your ready reference:

On 26-01 I paid the yearly premium and my bank account is debited twice due to online error. I requested bank to credit Rs.25, 000/- to my ICICI bank account No.033201506917. Bank debit details reproduced hereunder:

In the second place ICICI Prulife has confirmed that they have received only once credit and one online transaction has been unsuccessful and the money (Rs.25, 000/-) should be retrieved by ICICI Bank from the system.

Hence it is the responsibility of ICICI Bank to credit the proceeds of unsuccessful online transaction back to my Bank Account No.03320150691.

The bank has failed and refused to correct the wrong debit and credit my account.
